For General Membership, which includes an association patch and an individual membership certificate, the cost is forty dollars (USD). You are welcome to enroll even if your school is not an official JTMS associate member, as membership benefits include discounts on selected JTMS sponsored events in addition to other possible savings. If you are interested in a JTMS Associate School Membership (open to certified black belts only), please contact the IJTMSK for complete information concerning this type of membership. Click on the image below to download the PDF of our Membership Application, print it out and then fill in all the necessary info. Finally, include your payment (check or money order made out to John B. Murphy, in the amount of $40.00) and mail everything to the address listed on the form.
